These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the la999 website located at la999.vip and all associated services, products, and features offered by la999 (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

la999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication at la999.vip/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To register and maintain an account on la999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. la999 is strictly an adult gaming platform. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all balances (including winnings) forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• You must register using your own true, accurate, and complete personal information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You may hold only one registered account on la999. Opening or using multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on la999 or any related platform at the time of registration or at any point while your account is active.
• You must use la999 exclusively for personal entertainment purposes. Using the Platform for commercial gambling, syndicate betting, or any form of systematic exploitation is prohibited.

la999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

la999 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. la999 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. All amounts displayed on the Platform are in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all la999 accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though la999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes of submission during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to complete. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform traffic or during public holidays including Eid and Pohela Boishakh.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a successful deposit on the same account. la999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts belonging to other persons, or payment methods not previously associated with the account.

la999 operates on the principle of fair play. All games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by independent, accredited game providers. Game outcomes are not predetermined or influenced by la999 or any third party. Players may view independent RTP certifications for individual games within the Platform's game information panels.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on la999. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances including winnings: (a) use of any automated software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform; (b) collusion with other players, including pre-arranging outcomes in multiplayer or live dealer games; (c) exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature; (d) using the Platform for any money laundering or other financial crime purpose; (e) any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform; (f) creating or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once (bonus abuse).

la999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity conducted within your personal financial means. la999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit to your la999 account. Limits may be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss limits — caps on the total losses permitted within a defined time period. Like deposit limits, loss limits can be set or reduced immediately but increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders — optional alerts notifying you of the duration of your current gaming session, displayed at intervals you specify.
• Self-exclusion — a voluntary account pause that prevents all betting, deposit, and withdrawal activity for the duration you select (minimum 24 hours, up to permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

If you believe your gambling is no longer within your control, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek support. la999 takes problem gambling seriously and will cooperate fully with any player who seeks assistance managing their gambling activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, la999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether la999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. la999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your la999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• la999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• la999 is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device or data due to your use of the Platform.
• In the event of a technical fault or error that results in a game outcome being recorded incorrectly, la999 reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits la999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
• la999 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to bonus misuse, provision of false registration information, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 5 of these Terms.

la999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at la999.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an account on la999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal requirements and la999's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

All financial transactions on la999 are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. la999 does not store complete payment card numbers. Mobile banking credentials (bKash PIN, Nagad PIN) are never transmitted to or stored by la999 — transactions are authenticated directly with the relevant mobile financial service provider.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. la999 encourages players to contact our support team in the first instance if they have any complaint or dispute, as most issues can be resolved promptly and informally at this stage. la999 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and transparently.

• To submit a formal complaint, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your registered account details, a description of the issue, and the resolution you are seeking. la999 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
• If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following la999's formal complaints process, you may seek resolution through any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process or competent authority available in your jurisdiction.
• Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and la999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter. la999's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

la999 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, the updated Terms will be published at la999.vip/terms-conditions with a revised "Last updated" date. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of la999 following publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10 of these Terms.
